Works with your encoder
BUTT, Liquidsoap, FFmpeg and anything that speaks Icecast. MP3, AAC, Opus, Vorbis and FLAC.
Connect an encoder
A small, fast server for internet radio and live broadcasts. One binary, one config file, every major audio format.
Create a password, a config file, and start the server:
mkdir quikcast && cd quikcast && mkdir secrets
openssl rand -hex 16 > secrets/radio-source[[mounts]]
path = "/radio.mp3"
secret_file = "secrets/radio-source"quikcast --config quikcast.tomlPoint your encoder at http://127.0.0.1:8000/radio.mp3 with the username source and your password, then open the same address in any player. That's a working radio station.
